Welcome to SOULbeing Kitchen, where we aim to share our knowledge and experience in nutrition and healthy eating.

We are Rebecca & Rhiannon, both naturapathic nutritionists with a passion for making healthy food delicious. We offer Vegetarian, vegan, Plant based, Paleo, Gluten free, Sugar free and speciality catering for events, retreats, parties and pop-ups.

We have over 20 years of combined experience in health, wellbeing and delicious cooking. We have worked in vegetarian, vegan and raw food cafes all over the world, and specialise in healthy, plant based, gluten free, naturally sweetened cakes, desserts and cooking.

We have both sold our goods and provided catering for over 10 years, and specialis in the field of plant based, healthy eating. Rebecca is also a kinesiologist and complementary therapists and Rhianonon is a naturopath & yoga teacher.

We both have a passion for healthy eating & for sharing our tried and tested, tasty recipes with others, in a fun & informative way.

We also provide Workshops, Detox programmes, Retreats, events and talks on healthy eating and wellbeing. Such as Raw chocolate, Plant based workshops and fermented foods & drinks.
