Juices & Smoothies:
Learn the basics of fresh juicing and creating smoothies. A simple yet powerful shift to make towards health & vitality. We will cover basic recipes and how to get creative with your own ingredients when at home. Just this simple act of adding in a juice or smoothie everday with super-charge your nutrient and enzyme intake and improve your health dramatically.
We will cover fresh fruit & vegetable juices, green smoothies, low glycemic fruit options and some easy superfood add-ons.
The workshop will include lots of samples, a fresh juice and a smoothie, plus recipe handouts & information packs including lists of recommended juicers & blenders.

Learn about 7 simple superfoods. The basics to get you strted on your super healthy lifestyle.
The workshop will cover some basic and delicious recipes such as;

Learn the power of Raw & Living foods and how they can boost your energy levels & uplift your health & wellbeing. We will cover some fun and exciting gourmet raw foods recipes to add some sparkle to your diet. The workshop will cover recipes such as:

Expand on your raw food recipe knowledge, in this advanced class, we will cover some more in-depth recipes, such as fermented vegetables and the power of probiotic foods. We will cover dehydrated recipes & add in more Superfoods. We will cover recipes such as:

– Coconut Milk Kefir

These foods are fantastic ways of getting extra beneficial bacteria & probiotics into your system as well as extra antioxidants & vitamins. Really easy to make when you know how, these ancient traditional recipes are believed to be good for healing gut issues and digestive disorders.
